.
Eyleen Faust is an Artist and Expressive Arts Therapeutic Facilitator who has been
designing and leading classes based in the arts since 1995. She received her
Bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Art History from William Paterson University,
Wayne, NJ, and continued on to The Institute for the Expressive Arts at Salve
Regina University, Newport, RI where she received her professional training and
certification in the Expressive Therapies. It was during this time and also
through her work teaching "The Artist's Way" course by Julia Cameron
that Eyleen developed her unique method of teaching others how to use the
artistic process to experience a personal connection to universal creativity.
Eyleen is the founder of Artsy Smartsy, and she has
served on the faculty at Montclair State University's Gifted and Talented Youth
Program in Montclair, NJ. Eyleen's work with children provides an outlet that
supports and stimulates their creativity while teaching them how art has been
used since the dawn of time to tell the story of humankind and our experience
of the world around us. Eyleen's love of art and teaching is apparent as she
leads her classes. Her enthusiasm will inspire you and her creativity will
impress you.
It is Eyleen's mission to share the power of the
creative process with people from every walk of life, and to help unleash the artist in everyone.
